He says he's not sure that he does love art in general but he loves doing what he does. It is an outlet for a type of expression, it satisfies a need to generate something that defines who he is. Bohne's exquisite landscapes transcend the experience of the naked eye, reaching the viewer as profound expressions of the artist's unique human experience. He treats his landscapes more as portraits than as snapshots of a place. Some of Bohne's exhibitions include the Munson Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico; the Kimzey Miller Gallery in Seattle, Washington; Chaparral Fine Art in Bozeman, Montana; The Albuquerque Museum in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Jack Dennis' Wyoming Gallery in Jackson, Wyoming; the Whatcom Museum in Bellingham, Washington; The Fountainhead Gallery in Seattle, Washington; Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri; and the Northern Colorado Artist Association in Ft.
