Cassandre and Henry Dreyfuss, but Kungl has created a look that utilizes nostalgic images of old photographs and vintage ads to create vitality and freshness for a unique art deco style all his own. He starts with a sketch then uses ink to fill in and create curves that streamlines his everyday objects. He says he likes to have fun designing his work and wants his audience to be as entertained as he is.
After more than twenty years in advertising, and creating many award winning designs, Kungl decided to devote his energies full-time to creating his art. He has been honored in many ways including being selected as the official artist for Miami Beach's 25th annual Art Deco weekend. Besides posters, he also designs ceramics such as plates, mugs, coasters and other home décor that has led to him being recognized as a collectible artist.
Kungl continues to work in his studio in Southern California with his work featured regularly in magazine articles, how to books and television shows. He has done work for Disney and other well-known companies through his design studio. His art can be found in private, public and corporate collections, and at retailers around the world.« see less

"The selection of prints seems endless. Fantastic selection of both prints and frames! The staff is great about helping select the right matting to go with your picture and frame and they turn it into a valued possession in your home. Thanks for everything."
