Artist Govinder Nazran has published his designs in the fine art market since 1999 and is currently expanding his art into sculpture. He has an unusual style that he says is about good vs. evil or innocence vs. malevolence. He lets viewers determine what they would like to see from his art, with images that appear almost whimsical on the surface.
His paintings are unusual in that he always knows exactly what the colors will be before he starts a painting. He uses oil bars directly onto the canvas, utilizing his fingers, rather than a brush to work the paint into the canvas. Nazran feels that the end result is part defined and part abstract as he looks for connections between shapes. He looks to nature and he looks to emotion, and builds on each.
Nazran's distinctive and varied paintings and sculptures are available at galleries and retailers worldwide.« see less
Jean S. of Michigan says:
"As an watercolorist I have found ArtPassions.com a helpful place to buy both art supplies and frames. The employees are all knowledgeable and helpful as they are familiar with the products they sell. The frames are of good quality, priced reasonably and there are many styles of frames to choose from. I have entered many competitions and the custom work they do always gives a professional look to my paintings."
