Don Kilpatrick III is a graduate of Utah State University. He has been creating fine art and illustration professionally for over a decade. Kilpatrick is deeply moved by vintage, old collectables and has been known to collect snippets of odds and ends for inspiration. While using a mixture of oils and acrylics, his forte is the layering of paint to create a solid made up of multiple colors daubed or intricately painted on, or uncovered by distressing the surface. His use of rich pigments and bold shapes and lines defines his own unique distinctive illustration style. Recently, Kilpatrick had the honor of taking part in the design of the Olympic medal for the Salt Lake 2002 Winter Games. He has also created art for clients such as Fortune magazine, VH-1, Business Week Magazine, Simon & Schuster, and Publish. « see less
Chris H. of Colorado says:
"The framed print I ordered not only arrived in a very timely manner, but was wrapped in such a way that I knew you cared about its condition. The frame and mattes were beautiful as well. I have told my friends and family members how pleased I am with your company, and have recommended you highly to anyone who wants to purchase a quality framed print from a conscientious business. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday present a beautiful gift she will cherish forever. Sincerely, Chris Hubersberger"
