Because of the craftsmanship of our framers and special secure packaging, there are rarely problems with orders, but if there is, the solution is easy. Just call toll-free at 877-875-6641 or email and your Personal Designer or another Team Member will take care of you right away. All damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just send a request for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, return the item within 30 days and pay only the return freight costs. Simply repack the artwork carefully in its original carton and call 877-875-6641 or email for return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that if you did not use the free shipping option when you originally placed your order, any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the other framer uses the same materials on the same size and quality of finished framed artwork (print, frame, glazing, mounting, matting and fitting), just send an email with the particulars to get the best price and value - guaranteed! You can buy with confidence, knowing you have the best custom frame return policy available online! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please be sure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning any item. ArtPassions offers the following return settlement options:
* Call customer service at 877-875-6641 Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm (Eastern Time) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions to prevent breakage. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
* You must use the original packing materials and write the RMA on the return label. Please note that if you use tape to secure the package, be very careful that it does not touch any part of the artwork or the acrylic glazing, as it possibly could cause damage. Artwork that is returned with this type of damage may not qualify for the full refund.
* Your money-back guarantee covers the purchase price for your art, but does not include any additional expedited shipping costs you may have selected when you made your purchase.
* If you purchase using a free shipping option, you only pay for the return shipping charges.
All framed art is guaranteed to be delivered to you ready to go on display and in excellent condition. If there is any shipping damage or any problem with your framed art, just call and the issue will be addressed right away.
